I’ve always moved through life with heightened sensitivity — a soul having a very human experience.
Growing up with a distant father shaped me early. It created a quiet sense of unworthiness and a drive to prove myself. When my health collapsed at eleven and continued through my teens, doctors dismissed my symptoms, telling me it was “in my mind.”
It planted a lifelong question in me: why are the body and inner world treated as separate when they’re so clearly connected?
Curiosity became my way forward.
I didn’t shut down — I leaned in.
My first love was fashion, the way expression can shift how a woman feels in her skin. But my health led me toward understanding the body more deeply. I became a personal trainer because I wanted to help people feel strong, confident, and more themselves. Coaching came naturally — I’ve always loved seeing people feel better in their lives.
Over time, I studied health coaching, body composition, and functional nutrition while keeping a creative thread alive through styling, interiors, and design. Those two worlds — physiology and expression — always felt connected, even if I didn’t yet know how.
A few years ago, something shifted. I felt a loss of the magnetism I once carried. Not depression — just a dimming. That led me into deeper work: identity, behaviour, manifestation, and the unseen patterns that shape how we move through life.
Then my father died.
The person whose absence shaped me most was suddenly gone, and it created a new kind of clarity — a heaviness and a lightness at the same time.
The need to prove dissolved. What remained was a desire to create from love instead of fear.
It brought everything together: my sensitivity, my studies in physiology, my work with identity, and my love for expression.
And it revealed a simple truth:
when the body is supported and the inner self is aligned, we return to who we really are.
Clarity comes back.
Life feels lighter.
And the magnetism returns.
This is the essence of my work now —
separate pathways with one intention:
guiding people back to themselves through the body, the identity, and the way they express who they are.
